MorusDB: a resource for mulberry genomics and genome biology

MorusDB provides comprehensive genomic and transcriptome data of mulberry M. Notabilis C.K. Schneid ranging from genome sequence and assembly, functional annotated genes to transposable elements (TEs), ESTs etc (He et al., 2013, Li et al., 2014). It has various inbuilt tools like Search GO, Browse GO, BLAST, Genome Browser along with download option to retrieve genomic and transcriptomic data. This database will be helpful in genomic studies of mulberry and other Moraceae species.
