InsectBase

InsectBase is a comprehensive database of insect comprising of >12 millions of sequences from 138 genomes, 116 transcriptomes, 61 gene sets, 36 gene families, 7,544 miRNAs, 96,925 piRNAs, 22,536 pathways, 679,881 untranslated regions (UTR) and 160,905 coding sequences (CDS) of various insects. It provides a platform for comparative insect gene analysis and is accessible at http://www.insect-genome.com/.
