Bombyx Trap Database

Bombyx Trap Database, developed at National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences, Japan hosts

information on transposons and reporter expressions in transposon insertion lines (enhancer and

gene trap lines) of B. mori that have been studied through transposon mutagenesis (Uchino et al 2008).

Features like keyword search or pictorial search with options such as “apparent by ordinary”,

“apparent by fluorescence” and “organ/tissue by fluorescence” are offered by this DB. The

database has a navigation guide and a pictorial glossary page.
