BmTEdb is an information resource hosted by Chongqing University, China which provides comprehensive data like identification, classification and annotation of Transposable elements (TE) in B. mori using combined approach (de novo, structure-based and homology-based). It allows users to search, browse, download and analyse the sequences through analysis tools like BLAST, HMMER and EMBOSS GetORF. The information will be helpful in silkworm genetics such as functional and evolutionary studies of genes and genomes.
